Emmanuel Herman

Mr. Hermann is the Founder and President of Leste Group. Prior to founding Leste Group, Mr. Hermann was a Senior Vice President, Statutory Director and member of the Board of Executive Directors at Banco BTG Pactual, where he spent over 22 years of his career. Prior to participating in the formation of BTG Pactual, Mr. Hermann ran the Global Emerging Market Equity Desk and served as the Head of LATAM Equity Derivatives and Structured Products for UBS. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hermann served as Head of the Equities Division and Head of Asset Management while a partner at Banco Pactual.
